I truly love Spokane Digestive — the nurses, staff, and Dr. Sharma have always been wonderful, kind, and professional. I’m a huge advocate for cancer screenings and deeply appreciate the care I’ve received here. The only feedback I have is about the layout of the main space where patients wait for their procedure and then recover. While it’s fine for me personally, the openness of the area can feel a bit like cattle being moved through a process rather than individuals receiving care. I understand the efficiency behind it, but it can feel quite public during a vulnerable time. I’ve also heard from others who didn’t feel comfortable in the space, and some have chosen to switch to another provider because of it. I wanted to share this feedback respectfully, as the care itself is excellent, and I hope it helps improve the experience for patients who may need more privacy and comfort. 5 stars because the staff, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Sharma are literally the best. Every time I'm there, I have great conversations with plenty of laughs!
Super friendly and professional staff. The nurses, techs, transporters, front desk, anesthesiologist and the doctor were all excellent! Dr. McShane takes his time to answer all your questions and doesn't rush you which is a great quality in a doctor and much appreciated. They run fast and efficient scope procedures. I highly recommend for your scope needs. Thank you everyone!
I've seen them more than once. Both times I had a great experience. I followed the NPO as told and the instructions and multiple reminders they give. This time was even better than the last because they changed the anesthesia that had less side effects on my body. They are extremely professional. Extremely caring, and will listen to you even if they're on a time crunch. I have a good respect for the medical professionals and the stuff that they have to put up with. Especially the people there. A lady broke NPO and I heard her from my bed extremely upset and complain that they had to put her off a few hours. They handled it nicely, with Grace, and maintained a respectable, professional demeanor the whole time. Even with the stress of their systems acting up. With all the technological glitches, the stuff that they have to put up with, this place I would recommend to anybody! Particularly those who know how to follow directions and the many reminders that they give you before your procedure. I'm very thankful for my experience yesterday and the fact that everybody went above and beyond.
I had a wonderful quick experience with this team. I would love to send a huge piece of gratitude to the nurse anesthesiologist who was so warm and kind. You may not know it but your guide into thinking of what brings joy into my heart before being put under was incredibly revealing to me. Each day I learn more and more to let go of earthly things people and places as routes to joy, and lean into to true connection with Self /Source. Thank you ♥️🙏🏽
All of the staffing from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Campbell were fantastic. The communication and process was clear and easy to follow. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Campbell were thorough, kind, and answered any questions that I had. They made sure that I was informed and understood the process of my colonoscopy. The doctor went over my after summary after the procedure and let me know what to expect for aftercare and the lab process. I would highly recommend Spokane Digestive for your care. I'm very pleased with the services and care that I received.
