The person at the front desk who checked me in was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. The parking lot is a nightmare. There were two front desk staff when I arrived. Another patient arrived behind me. Neither staff member acknowledged us at all. I waited 5 minutes while both of them helped another patient and completely ignored us. I had tried to call for better directions and the number listed to call was a fax machine. When I finally got helped, the person was vety unpleasant. She wanted me to go all the way back to my car to get my ID even though the paperwork they mailed me said nothing about needing it. When I pointed that out to her, she threw some papers onto the counter, not telling me what to do or what they were. I figured out that I was supposed to sign them, including one saying I had received the privacy policy which I hadn't. She was very snotty when I asked about it. Not a good first impression at all!!
I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Jason Rodgers, PA. His bedside manner was unprofessional and severely lacking in empathy. He was dismissive throughout the encounter and demonstrated little to no interest in addressing my concerns or finding a solution to my problem. I was genuinely appalled by his attitude and approach. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to avoid seeking care from him, as he does not appear to prioritize patient well-being or constructive communication.
Keith is a great nurse. Whenever he receives my messages on patient portal, he called me back and clarify everything before sending it to the doctor. He is responds issue quickly.
The scheduling staff and front desk to get any information from are very unprofessional, rude and have major attitude. The amount of miscommunication I have received to try and get a procedure done here the last 5 MONTHS is ridiculous. First of all, this office is booked out 2-3 months, so good luck if you have any major health concerns to be seen sooner, they provided no information on prep or pre-surgery info I had to call them myself. The day before my procedure they cancel my appointment that I had booked 2 months ago because I didn’t follow guidelines - well how was I supposed to when I never received the information!! Total waste of time, money- because I took the day off work and so did my driver, stress on my health and energy the last 5 months of waiting. On top of that a nurse was supposed to call me and ask me questions to see if I still qualify for my surgery and no one ever did they just automatically cancelled me and said to reschedule. Well guess what! I’m not. Never coming here it’s a joke.
Very insightful visit. The doctor was very kind and took her time to explain things to me. I hope to be able to see her again if needed. She gained my trust which is something I seldom give.
