PCLI was excellent and clean and everything you'd want in eye surgery. I'm giving them a one star because right before my surgery they gave me a slip to sign if I didn't want their doctors to pray over me before surgery. I felt taken aback and questioned if I even trusted them if I said no. I did say no and my surgery was excellent. In the go home back they included a proselytizing book by the CEO. I found this extremely offensive and unprofessional. If they're going to spring Christian proselytizing on their patients, they should be upfront let you know that are a Christian-based practice and let us decide if we want to go to them or not. If feels like a paternalistic power differential.

I went to PCLI for Cataract removal. The entire experience was great. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The surgery itself was painless and I really not have much discomfort. It was real quick too. I would recommend them!!!

I was treated with kindness, consideration and professionalism by all staff on Thursday September 25, 2025. Except for one. She was determined to abuse me verbally and emotionally. Humiliation was not enough for her. I feel sorry for her co-workers having to work with someone who feels it her obligation to be a bully. She was loud in expressing her opinions of me, so she was bullying her co-workers too. I apologize to have to leave this comment, but her behavior is completely unacceptable.
