I had an appointment today in the Endo department. Everyone is so nice at Marshfield Health System. The lady who checked me in greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. The Dr. in the unit was nice and efficient. The anesthesia specialists were vary thorough and I was well informed. The RN nurse Jill and the rest of the nurses in recovery were enjoyable to laugh and visit with. The team at Marshfield goes the extra mile to make you feel safe and comfortable during your visit. I guess filing with Patient Experience about my nutritionist Heidi Topping taking 19 days to return a phone call is nothing as it's been 30 days and I'm still waiting on Patient Experience to call me back. Makes you wonder if they truly care about their patients.

Second floor staff by desk not helpful blew me off to get a letter for travel reimbursement they wrote it out in 10 Seconds down stairs.

On September 29,2025 I was rush to the emergency room ,turn out I had a very severe case of walking Pneumonia, was in the hospital for over ten day, everyone at the hospital from the doctors on down to the house keeping/ Environmental service made me for so safe and comfortable, been in many hospital in the past, but none of them were anything like Marshfield clinic hospital, by far the best hospital I've ever been in, so I like to say that you to the whole Marshfield clinic/hospital for making me feel better than I did on September 29,2025, once again, thank you for getting me better. MAY GOD KEEP BLESSING YOU ALL, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. once again . Thank you James fountain

Don't walk but run away from the marshfield medical system. I have never been treated horribly by so many doctors in my life. This system needs shut down. They will gaslight you, ignore your symptoms, down play how you feel, ignore medical tests and overall not care about your health or safety. Id rather die then go back to any of the marshfield doctors. I probly will because I was so determined to get better and figure out whats wrong but I've lost the will to live and plan on staying in my bed till I die. Thanks marshfield medical center!
