The Valley Surgery Center experience is patient focused. The staff is knowledgeable and warm and caring. A professional atmosphere you do not always experience. We are blessed to have MNGI (Minnesota Gastroenterology) as part of this facility to bring specialized care to Western Wisconsin. From Chris, as my admission nurse to Tina, my discharge nurse, Cory the GI tech, Leah the CRNA. and Dr. Mark Smith the gastroenterologist the care was top notch. The facility is beautiful and provides a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend the Valley Surgery Center.

We had a wonderful experience here. Our son had eye pediatric surgery and the entire care team was kind, knowledgeable and caring; from the pediatric nurse anesthetist to the recovery nurses. Everyone was so good with our toddler!

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable, explained every step in detail, and treated me with genuine care and professionalism. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m feeling great. The staff was wonderful, I felt so comfortable from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. Everyone talked in such a calming and soothing manor, and I loved how my team stuck beside me the whole time! I had no nerves or any unanswered questions! Love it here. My first experience with Valley Surgery Center was so nice. From checking in, to leaving, it felt like I was leaving a motel not a medical facility (which is really nice!). Feeling safe and at home is critical with any procedure so we in Hudson are blessed to have such a fantastic staff and facility. The procedure went great and the team was so pleasant and kind. Everyone works with purpose and efficiency. I was in and out but never felt rushed. The care is genuine unlike so many places that just go thru the motions. Thank you Kelsey, Brenne, Alicia, Jana and Riley! You are all rays of light to those in need. ☺️
