My experience was highly positive - nurses Jennifer, Anne, and Kelly made me feel prioritized and quite comfortable in their highly competent care. Stephanie and Joanne were instrumental in getting a smooth start to my procedure. I’m grateful to Dr Abby for snagging all the baddies and offering a comprehensive & easy to understand diagnostic summary. I’m impressed! Gotta go back in five years and I’m not dreading it thanks to these outstanding women. I’m assuming they have a highly supportive Administrator and VP up there!
Colonoscopy not anyone's idea of fun, but Dr Gonzaga, Dr Shulman and the whole team did a great job. Timely and complete info before prep and day of procedure, including on the phone when I had a question ahead of time, friendly compassionate manner at all stages and a smooth painless process. Impressed and grateful that they took an anxiety-inducing procedure and made it feel routine.
Took my mom for an endoscopy, the toilet seat in the bathroom was up, urine was in the toilet, all over the seat, and the floor. There was hair in the sink, bandages and other garbage by the garbage can all over the floor in her room. The blanket was dirty and was just tossed on the bed. Asked the nurse for a clean blanket and he responded with, “This IS clean.” Nope! Prefer to not have to go back there.
I would give this 5 stars if it weren't for the scheduling, the letter sent, and the preparation instructions for the procedures I had done. If I didn't know my body like I do and a nurse I never would have been ready . Mirlex alone , just does not cut it! And prior to arrival...one case manager involved would be wise. But, I never had such a fantastic health team! I felt well taken care of and not judged. Dr Gonzaga was kind, informative, and very proficient .
I got a call from the center about an appointment. They left me a message and asked me to call back before 5pm. I called at 345 pm and was on hold for 26 minutes, when I gave up and left a message. I asked that they return my call to confirm that they got my message. It's gets to be 450pm and no one has called. I called back because they close at 5pm. I spoke to a friendly and helpful nurse. She did not get my message. When your health is in question professional administration practice becomes even more important. It's hard to trust them if they can't manage scheduling. Update - I had my appointment. Arrival time was 12:45, I got there at 12:25. I waited in the waiting room until they called me back at 1:30pm. I saw the doctor at 2:50pm. The clinic was busy and felt chaotic. Many patients were frustrated. Staff seems unaware that many patients have not eaten for 24-30 hours prior to their appointments.
