The procedure from start to finish was seamless. The nurses were all sweet and put me at ease. Dr. Lantz was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I always felt that my care was the highest priority.

All the staff was great. Very reassuring and communicative about the procedure, before and post recovery. Did have a large area of bruising when hooked up to the IV however is gradually healing.

Once through with the prep and under the care of the professionals at the clinic all is very good. They make sure that you are comfortable and ready for the procedure. Everything is done professionally and they show a great interest in your well-being. But to be truthful, because of the prep I'm glad I'm not going to have anymore 🙂.

I've been to many doctors and clinics over the years and never really appreciated or liked any of them.... until now. Absolutely everything about this clinic was wonderful. Communication prior to my procedure was great. Check-in was simple and easy, Every nurse(I counted 5) I dealt with was friendly, professional and efficient. The anesthesiologist was friendly and efficient. The doctor followed right after and was friendly, asked questions and was informative afterwards. The decor and comfort of the patient room, and interior were comfortable. I was even given a warm, comfortable blanket to cover up with, which was a nice touch. The best part was how perfectly in sync the entire staff was. Everyone, including the doctor, was on time, fast and actually cared while doing their job. I checked in at 7:45 and checked out by 9:20. The same procedure has taken me 3-4 hours at other clinics. Thats amazing! Nobody likes being in a hospital or clinic for ANY reason. However, with Lake Country Endoscopy, I can feel relaxed knowing the next time I need their services, it will be a breeze.

Dr Jest has been fantastic to work with and has excellent bedside care. I have so much respect for DO’s and the thorough and thoughtful care they provide. His team and the nurses who prepped me were equally professional, kind and enjoyable to be around. I searched for a long time before coming to Dr. Jest and GI associates and would highly recommend them!!
