I had a knee replacement in April 2024. Dr McCarty and Steve Zaebel are the very best! The nurses are fantastic . The facility is very well run - very comfortable beds ! The only downside is their billing dept. - it took months for them to process a large payment I made in April -which prohibited my insurance company from paying upcoming bills in full - even though I told them my out of pocket was paid in full - so it left me to pay More than I should have I was told in August I would be getting a refund but have not seen that yet but I did in November receive 2 more bills …I was so frustrated I didn’t schedule the other knee - also kinex submitted their bills twice ! $8000

Much like Bard Brooks I had a total hip replacement surgery done by Dr Christopher Evanich at the Wauwatosa Surgery Center. From the moment I had a consult to walking out the door with a total hip replcement the entire experience was beyond expectation. The staff has fun and are such a pleasure to work with. Dr Evanich must be the king of joint replacements down to adjusting my 1 inch leg length differential I has since I was 18. I was perplexed that two hours after surgery I was standing and walking. Very happy.

I had a total hip replacement surgery done by Dr Christopher Evanich at the Wauwatosa Surgery Center. The care I received was phenomenal. Everything was well organized from prep to PT visit, anesthesiologist visit, to discharge planning. The nurses were fabulous. I got personal and compassionate care. My husband was a welcomed visitor and was included in all conversations with caregivers. Overall a wonderful experience!

Had such a great experience. I recently had a tubal ligation with Dr.McAvoy and him along with the staff including anesthesiologist were just amazing. Had a one on one with both doctor and anesthesiologist going through details of my procedure and what was to expect. Very kind and caring to all of my needs even left with a detailed folder of what to expect after surgery, pictures of my procedure and a thank you card signed by the staff who worked with me. Also had a early follow up call that next morning. Very pleased!

Just had my ACL reconstructed at this facility this morning by Dr. McCarty and I can't say enough good things about the entire crew. They were friendly, caring and personable. They listened to my concerns and adjusted their approach accordingly. While I hope to not be in their OR again, I'd certainly trust them if needed. While there were some crossed wires regarding insurance on the front end (days before the surgery itself), it all did get worked out and the ladies involved were helpful even when I had a bit of an attitude due to my frustration. The facility seemed a bit dated inside and out, but it's the people that really matter in their business and they all seemed top-notch.
