The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I did not receive another post-op bra, nor was I able to exchange the one I had. My post-op bra was restricting my airway, and although my size was 34/36, I probably needed a 36/38, but I wasn’t given that option. I had my surgery with Dr. Mark Bosbous, and he did a wonderful job. However, the triage nurse, Erin, at the surgery center asked me what level of pain I wanted to be in when I left. I said “a 3,” but when I was discharged my pain level was at a 10 out of 10, severe and overwhelming. While I understand that pain is expected after surgery, I was treated as if I would receive additional IV medication before leaving, but I didn’t. I also did not feel heard throughout the process, and that is ultimately why I am leaving a 3 star review for Froedtert Surgery Center on August 26th, 2025.

My partner got cosmetic surgery with Doctor Bosbous and PA-C Stack. They did outstanding, very professional and to the point. Dr Bosbous made sure that my partner was able to get this surgery and made sure it was covered by insurance, with a quick recovery time. He has efficient bedside manner and does a good job with his patients. PA-C Stack has outstanding beside manner, takes tremendous time with the patients, gave very great options when it came to concerns, and is personally responsive and just lights up the room. Couldn’t suggest this hospital more and these two to do any surgery needed! Thank you so much!

My 4 year old had a surgery here and I can only say good things about how well it went. The staff went above and beyond to make my 4 year old comfortable as well as us (his parents). Sue & Madison (nurses) were phenomenal. 100/10 Thank you for making it a safe space for my son!
