What a great team. From the check in ladies, to the pre op nurse, to the nurses, supporting cast, & the Dr., it was a great experience. Wonderful friendly people that care. Highly recommend.

The office people, nurses, doctors and all of the people working in the procedure room are very professional and caring for the comfort of the patient. Also, they will answer all questions or find out the answer asked about the procedure and do their best to make you feel at ease. When you wake up in the recovery room a nurse and the doctor will be there to give you all of his preliminary observations and results of actions taken during the procedure. In addition, a relative or your driver will be there with you to hear what is said. The day after the procedure one of the staff will call to find out how you are feeling and if you have any discomfort or questions. In general, its all a positive experience. I gave only four stars due to the waiting time (which is to be expected in a busy surgery center) that was spent in the prep room. That wait was longer than the total time spent in the procedure and recovery room.
