Made my husband and me both laugh today, willing to explain everything about all the step to my wrist surgery. 10 out of 10 for him! Higher up management take note on the skilled worker you have there. Sean thank you for today and your humor/kindness. Brya

Absolutely wonderful staff. They explained things clearly for my son before his surgery (he's 8) and helped make him feel comfortable. They also explained things well for his dad and I as far as what to expect before and after the surgery. They were incredibly helpful after and took amazing care of us while my son was recovering. Definitely recommend them any chance I get

The only reason this surgical center is getting a two star review is because they did treat my son very well following his surgery. They were very attentive and the nurses there are great! However, the office staff who deals with billing/insurance is very shady in my experience. They forced me to sign an agreement to self pay even though I had provided my insurance information. They told me that they require people to sign this paperwork before they will perform any surgeries there as a precaution in case our insurance didn’t pay then we would then be responsible for the bill. Fast forward; they sent the bill directly to me and didn’t even bother attempting to file a claim with my insurance. So I filed the claim myself. When my insurance company asked them why they didn’t file one they said it was because I signed paperwork to self pay. I never received another bill after that for months, until the other day, I got a debt collection letter from a law firm for the entirety of my bill. Upon calling my insurance company, they informed me that they had paid Casper Surgical. So I’m confused and very irritated that I received that letter. Again, very shady!

Amazing staff friendly and helpful the entire time. My daughter had a big dental procedure done and they were so patient with her. They helped while my daughter woke up from anesthesia and when I discovered I had a flat tire they had their maintenance people come over and air it up so I could get to a shop. Amazing place would recommend it.
