Horrible billing department. Don't pay until you get your forms and receipts. Forms originally given for insurance were rejected. It's been over two months trying to get a standard form (CMS1500) for reimbursement. They are unaware of these forms in the billing department. Left messages, get placed on hold, promised phone calls are not returned. The billing is outsourced, Jennifer has been trying to help, but still no luck. I hate to say it, but go anywhere else if you can.

Not very helpful kept taking xrays of wife's foot no answers waiting almost 4 weeks for a answer on why she can't walk on ankle after 6 weeks. Did not help with therapy or pain management at all couldn't get a phone call back on results. She was supposed to have a shot in her foot to help relieve her pain but set that out 2 weeks after MRI. So what do they do beside give no answers and waste our time while she's still in pain and unable to stand for long periods of time even with a boot. Seems like they havent to much going on to care for people and just rush them out.
