I would recommend this facility as top notch. Everyone there went above and beyond being kind, professional, and caring. They all took there time answering questions and making sure I was comfortable. The smiling faces kind words and compassion were greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do especially in a stressful time as surgery.

Awful customer support. I was referred here and when I called they could not give me a quote or any answers to my questions regarding a procedure. I called back no answer and was called a couple days later and no voicemail was left when it was missed. I called again to talk to another receptionist to schedule and ask questions but she didn’t tell me anything at all except gave me another number to call. I call that number and no answer so I leave yet another voicemail. It’s been days and no returned call.

Avoid at all costs. Refused to work with me on a payment plan, refused to work with me on the price, also they bulled my insurance incorrectly so the insurance bounced it, and they refused to put it in the correct way. Good luck if you have to pay out of pocket. Also reception must be some of the rudest ladies i have ever spoken to. Do they not have a billing department? Because they refused to transfer me. Rude when I went in, rude when I called, disgusting behaiour and horrible people.

The procedure day was so comfortable and everything was explained so well. However, the before communication was almost non existent. I received an email with time of procedure and text a couple days before with time and location. No personal contact until day before and the time was different from all the other notifications.
