Today marked 6 months of surgery, aftercare, physical therapy and closure on a full shoulder replacement. I want to express how happy I am With Dr McKenna and the team here at Premier during my repair. I have been working with Gem City and now Premier for roughly 23 years, I have been through a lot of ups and downs with my repairs and with all teams there we pulled through smiling and comfortable. As always, Thanks! Jerry Uranker

I know you see close to 5 stars on here, but actually talk to residents of Laramie, and they are actually very split on Premier. Some like them, A LOT hate them. I had most of 2025 and at least the beginning of 2026 ruined by them. I need surgery to right the damage they caused. I was arguably even scammed for pointless appointments for months. Realize that the google reviews may not reflect this town's actual perception of Premier. Talk to your friends before you commit to coming here. I beg everyone to turn away. My experience seeking treatment here was a nightmare. It left me requiring surgery after being misdiagnosed and making my knee injury far worse, and even after I kept coming back seeking treatment, I was brought in over and over for months for pointless appointments, where usually nothing happened, and I'd be given some excuse why I'd have to wait longer to get diagnosed and treated. The worst example was when I was told I'd be out of a brace after a month, but at a month, my "follow-up appointment" was just them telling me to come back later for an MRI (couldn't you have called me before to tell me I'd need one??). This left me in a brace longer, which was the main reason I now need surgery. I had appointments where I was told I'd be evaluated, just to be told I couldn't be evaluated without a 3rd MRI of the same area (REALLY???). Other examples showed me a distinct lack of communication among staff (eg, nurses saying I needed to be evaluated for something I was just evaluated for). None of my negative experiences were a one-off, but a continued pattern.

The Doctors and staff are all very friendly, good at their jobs and thorough. They get me in and out quickly and always have a smile for me as well as time to answer my questions. They come to Rock Springs, but when needed, I have been able to schedule in Laramie for an appointment. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to be seen.

Dr. Bienz and Team are great! I have always had my orthopedic concerns addressed with clarity and with a plan. I am greatly impressed by the volume of information which Dr. Bienz has stockpiled in brain. He truly is a compassionate and caring person who loves what he was trained to do. Bruce R. Adams, D.D.S.

I recently had a bad experience with one of the dr there at permier so I was skeptical and nervous to return for my leg injury. Dr. Fournia and all his staff were absolutely amazing! They not only cared and helped with my leg injury, but helped out where the other dr failed me. Great folks!! Thank you all so much, and keep up the great work.
