Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.
Breast Augmentation / ReductionBreast size is increased by placing implants, or decreased by removing breast tissue and skin and repositioning the remaining tissue. Reduction is often performed to relieve back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by breast weight.RhinoplastySurgery that reshapes the nose by altering the bone and cartilage beneath the skin. It is performed to change appearance, to correct breathing problems caused by internal structure, or both. Swelling takes months to fully resolve.FaceliftLiposuctionFat is suctioned out from beneath the skin through small tubes called cannulas, reshaping a specific area such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs. It targets localized deposits and is a contouring procedure rather than a method of weight loss.Wound ReconstructionRebuilds skin and underlying tissue where a wound is too large or too damaged to close directly. Surgeons move nearby tissue, or transfer skin and muscle from elsewhere on the body, to cover the defect. Often follows trauma, infection, or cancer removal.Skin GraftingHealthy skin is taken from one area of the body and transplanted to cover a wound or burn elsewhere. Both the graft site and the donor site need care, and the donor site is often the more uncomfortable of the two.

Procedure list is based on CMS-reported specialty designations. Contact the facility to confirm specific procedures offered.

Dr Ali Mosharrafa did an amazing job with my surgery, and I am so happy with the outcome. Life-changing, really. And he is kind and personable and easy to get hold of if you need to reach him regarding your treatment. His staff is also super friendly, helpful, responsive and professional. I will definitely go to him again if I decide to do anything more.

Getting my breast augmentation by Dr. Ali Mosharrafa was the best decision I could have made in 2025. I didn’t realize how much my self confidence had slipped and it’s completely back thanks to this surgery. After breastfeeding three children, my breasts were depleted and practically non-existent. After a beach vacation at the beginning of the year, I felt so self conscious and knew that 2025 needed to be a year to focus on myself. Getting the surgery done in April was truly life changing. Since the surgery, I am back to my original breast size— pre-kids. It was a dream. When originally trying to determine whether I wanted a breast augmentation, I saw one other physician for a consultation. I was ready to go through with it, but was recommended to see Dr. Ali. I am so grateful that I did. The ambiance of the office was so much better and he was to attentive with my needs. I wanted to make sure that my augmentation would be natural and that’s exactly what I received. Dr. Ali and his team had incredible bedside manner and I am truly so thankful for how great all of the nurses, the anesthesiologist and, of course, Dr. Ali, were. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Dr Ali Mosharrafa completed a breast reduction on one breast. Due to a lumpectomy needed for breast cancer 23 years ago, I have lived with breasts of two very different sizes. I lived with my shirts always pulling to the larger breast. I lived with bras that never fit. I wasn’t ‘really bothered’ by my situation— just very happy to be cancer free. Then in 2025, before my daughter’s wedding, I decided to take the plunge. I am thrilled with the result. I now realize it bothered me more than I knew. I’m not sure why I waited over 2 decades. Dr. Mosharafa was always professional, kind, non-judgmental. He was efficient with appointments, rarely exceeding 5 minutes. I highly recommend him for any plastic surgery needs you may have. Don’t wait two decades like I did. We all deserve to look our best. Go for it!!

I was referred to this office by a friend. She was referred by a friend that had reconstructive surgery after breast cancer. I had old ruptured breast implants. Dr. Ali Mosharaffa replaced my implants, at the same time repaired an umbilical hernia and did an abdominalplasty. The results are amazing! My husband and I were impressed by the expertise and kindness of Dr. Ali Mosharrafa. He took time to explain the process from start to finish. He was available for questions 24/7. He was very much concerned about infection post surgery, and I had no complications. Dr. Mosharrafa's staff was also amazing along the way. If I needed anything, they were on it. I spent 1 night in an on sight post op suite after surgery due to precautions after abdominalplasty. My nurse was very attentive and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ali Mosharaffa and staff. Such a positive experience. And I can wear a 2 piece swimsuit again!
