Dr. Moore is truely thee BEST! Mrs. Michelle was also one of the sweetest nurses my daughter has came across.

Very nice and clean with friendly staff. I found it to be as comfortable, upscale, and easy to access the offices and different sections of service as the Cedars Sinai in Beverly Hills without the parking hassle. Had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment which is nothing compared to the waits I've had overseas in which situation I ended up going home and self medicating after an assault where I could not receive medical care in the emergency room. Free isn't better and I'm happy to have found this health servicer.

The PA I saw here was very rude and kept causing miscommunication between myself and the staff to the point where I was forced to reschedule twice for an urgent referral. I repeatedly voiced my concerns and felt like they weren't taking me seriously or just brushing me off as an immature "kid" who doesnt know what she's talking about. I also heard him complaining to the nurse outside my door as I was in the exam room bc he "really wished dr's would call ahead instead of sending everyone over all the time"... I'm sorry, am I still not worthy of care even after fighting through reschedules and driving an hour across town to be here? The staff is incredibly insensitive and acts as though they're above everyone and have the answers to everything and it is DISGUSTING. I am appreciative for the services I received but will NEVER be back.

Today my Son took to Scripps Center at Jefferson for having uti develped symptoms arhive 1:10 pm AND we waited for 45 minutes ,then another waiting in the exam Room for 30 minutes , during my visit, I felt that my symptoms and pain were not taken seriously finally Dr Richard Pfeiffer showed up very angry with the nurse AND Said why YOU Are here today , in you’re Chart the uriologst has documnted on September dont come here unless you develped a body ache or fever because we can’t Treat anymore since ALL Antibiotic doesn’t seem worked for uti. My Son Translated AND mentioned I have pain during urinting AND has low fever as they checked me in Room triage nurse Said 98.8 my temperature was . But He’s angrly Said YOU can use azo over the counter for one to two weeks. So my concerns were dismissed without proper examination or compassion. Dr .Pfeiffer AND his nurse refused to treat me or to come back here for uti symptoms . As patient I should be made to feel this way when seeking medical help. I also felt that my treatment may have been influenced by racial bias, he refused to listen when I described my pain. Their behavior made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.

When we arrived the waiting area was about 80% and 4 people ahead of us in line. It moved fast and other patients were being seen promptly. We found comfy chairs to sit and wait for no more than 20 minutes. They treated us quickly but didn't rush. Jane and Alex were as great as could be. Above and beyond excellence. THANK YOU.
