Stephanie at the reception office is a life saver, the Dr I do not care for. He is very unprofessional never came out to let me know how my hubby was doing or what to expect after surgery. He was having issues getting pain meds for after his surgery. He had NOTHING to take home and the Dr was aware and wasn't doing a thing about it. This is where Stephanie saves the day, as soon as she found out he had no pain meds she was making all kinds of calls for him. I can hear her from the waiting area and she never stopped trying. She also apologized for going to lunch!!! Who does that....no one. She is expected to take a lunch and felt bad for doing so and not working through it making calls for his meds. We left the building empty handed and stressed, all his meds where wearing off and he was starting to complain about being uncomfortable. Stephanie called me at home letting me know she's still trying to get everything straightened out. I got one last call from her letting me know I can pick up Ron's medicine. I cried from relief because if it weren't for her he would have been in so much pain, no one should ever have to have major surgery without proper medication for after care. If she weren't in that day I know this review would have gone different. Thank you Stephanie I hope they appreciate you as much as I do ❤️❤️

Knee surgery in August: 1) Orangewood threatened to no perform surgery if I didn't commit to $700+ dollar co-pay BEFORE admittance 2) the surgery was in AUGUST WHY am I still getting bills for Anesthesia... And the knee brace... And the crutches... IN NOVEMBER 3) they didn't bother to TELL ME their $700+ Co-pay wasn't going to cover: Anesthesia... Brace... Crutches... Nurse on the day of the surgery was great... assistant helping set up the brace/crutches was great... But these greedy people running it needs to be honest UP FRONT as to what is EXCLUDED

My father had surgery here last year in October, 2013. Sad to say that the facility was unclean to the point that he developed a staff infection. I happened to notice the gal who went in to clean the ladies restroom left feces on the toilet seat. Since my fathers visit here he has had to see another doctor for his infection which has taken months to heal. If you plan to have a procedure here, be cautious and tour the facility prior.
