Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.

These people are literally thieves. They massively over billed me on durable medical supplies from the DME company they own, they have billed me 4 times for the same visit and the billing office is completely unresponsive. My experience has been a nightmare. If you are a current patient, check your bills. If you are thinking about becoming a new patient, look elsewhere.

Just had my second procedure due to the 1st procedure not going so well which was basically blamed on me as the doctor stated that "I move too much when I breathe" How are you suppose to control your breathing under anesthesia? After the first procedure I was in terrible pain and begged them to remove the stent. I have had lithotripsy procedures before without a stent and never had an issue. They refused to remove the stent and gave me some meds which did help, however one staff member in particular was very rude to me. When I went for my second procedure today I was reprimanded by the doctor and told that if I disrespected the staff again he would not see me again. Where is my apology for how his staff member spoke to me? I bit my tongue so he would go through with the procedure. But now that its over, there is no need to threaten me with not seeing me again because I have already set up continuing my care elsewhere. If you want qaulity care and to be treated with respect I recommend going somewhere else.

This is the worst doctor visit I've ever had Doctor rushed me out of office, took a phone call while he was talking to me, left me with many unanswered questions. Front office/staff were clueless and rude. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. Do not come here

I’m a veteran that has used this office for at least 5 years now, in the past year all the staff has been replaced and I must say it’s been a nightmare! Who ever is responsible for ensuring that the veterans authorization is kept up to date (does not). This failure leaves the veterans waiting for months to get the care that Dr.Raj requested! Dr. Raj has been very very great in taking care of my needs but without the support he needs, he can’t do his job and makes him look bad!!!!!!

Been going here for awhile. Have not been for 4 years, because the intrastem has been working good till now. Trying to get an appointment to see if something is wrong with my device. Got 2 phone calls saying they got my referral, made appointment. Now saying no referral and no appointment. They keep texting me that I need to confirm my appointment. What a joke. This place is the worst
