Had a fantastic experience at Baptist Health. The whole process went very smoothly. They were so informative and I never had to wonder what was going on for a first time procedure. The staff was top notch, very caring and helpful. The facility was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been too. Highly recommend.

I was nervous about having the colonoscopy because of a past bad experience somewhere else years ago. This time was as good as it could have been. The prep was easy, the staff was so wonderful and the procedure was super fast. Thank you Dr. Soyka and staff. I would recommend Baptist Health!

My experience was excellent. I was attended to by so many engaging staff members who truly expressed their involvement and concern, seemed to love their jobs and paid full attention to me without distraction. They engaged in their duties while delivering an amazing bed side manner. This description was equally applicable to the registration staff, the prep professionals, the anesthesia practitioner, nurses, aides and the very committed, informative, engaging and trust inducing Dr. Stein. Five star service, Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful care!!! Very kind staff. Michele made me feel confident, comfortable and cared for. The staff in the procedure room were caring, however I can’t remember their names because drugs went into my IV and I went into La-La Land! Lol. Keisha the lady at the reception/registration desk was friendly and polite. She was a very busy lady! Thank you all! To the nurse in recovery, headed to Jamaica for her birthday…have a GREAT Birthday! Most Sincerely, Cathy

This was an extremely pleasant experience. The nurses kept putting warm blankets on me. They made sure I was properly hydrated before the procedure. And when I was in recovery I wish I could remember her name but I was a bit out of it. I remember her saying how much she loved working there and that the doctors are so good to them. It was truly so refreshing. You can tell the kind of environment in which workers are treated by the way the patrons “patients in this case” are treated. Job well done!
