Recently, my husband had a heart catheterization at Surgicath. The purpose of the procedure was to evaluate the stent he had placed in his heart in 2012. Dr. Shah found the stent in good shape, but my husband had more blockages and the doctor placed three more stents in his heart. I appreciate the excellent care my husband received from Dr. Shah and the attention and professional care from the nursing staff. Thank you to nurses Vanessa, Lupe, AC, Dena, Lauren, and Kim. You were so kind and thoughtful to my husband and me during our entire time at the Surgicath facility.

My uncle had a pacemaker placed by Dr Vedere recently. The procedure went well. The care was fantastic. My uncle became very anxious during the procedure. Dr Vedere took the time during the procedure to call my aunt & put her on speaker phone so that her voice could help to calm my uncle down. Instead of using medication or restraints Dr.Vedere & the nurse, Kim, responded in a more humane way, by letting my uncle hear his sweet wife’s voice. The recovery time right after the procedure was minimal but super personal. My uncle had 3 different nurses looking after him. Lauren, Kim, & Dena you guys are one in a million. Thank you for the extra special attention you gave my uncle! We appreciate how you were there for his wellbeing as well as for my aunt and I. There were 2 other nurses or employees around us, who I didn’t get names, but impacted us in a positive way as well. Thank you Surgicath center for making the process easy.
