Excellent care of patients and their rides. Doctor got 90 minutes behind. Waiting room a small area and a little cramped, but comfortable chairs.

TSC runs like a well oiled machine. I was dreading having my procedure done. The front desk and intake personal were very efficient. I have severe anxiety and back issues. Thats why I was so worried. The nurses were very compassionate and listened to my concerns. They did everything I needed to make me very comfortable which they don't know how much I appreciated them. Thank you to the nurses. My anesthesiologist was great I didn't even realize I was being put under ( which that was a main scare for me) then all the sudden I woke up from a very peaceful sleep. Dr. Roth was exceptional as usual! His assistant was also super nice and comforting. I can't say enough great things about my experience! ❤️

Much improvement needed for Office Management and efficient scheduling for colonoscopy procedures. Having patients wait 2- 3 hours after appointment time is truly unacceptable. Patients have not been able to eat 24 hours. With little to no nutrients in their system, patients are cranky to say the least and weak. Atleast communicate with patients that their expected appointment time has been delayed by 1, 2 or 3 hours, rather than have them wait all afternoon, unsure when or if they will be seen, especially if patients need to take medication that they have been told not to take prior to procedure. If you must have a colonoscopy, plan to be waiting possibly hours after your actual appointment time. Big disappointment. After waiting 2 hours after appointment time, we left without having procedure. Arrived at 1:20pm, appointment was at 2pm. 3:50pm office called saying they were ready. We had just left after waiting with no updates on estimated time.

Doctor was very good. Anesthesia department totally awesome. The receptionist I have to say must work on her bedside manner. If you know what I mean? They had left a message for me to see if I can come in early because they had cancellations and when I called back, she was actually snippy to me. I didn’t think that was called for, other than that, it was a good experience .

Professional, attentive, and personable staff. Clean facility. The processes and procedures were seemingly efficient and organized. I feel like the level of care that I received was excellent. The facility was recommended by my doctor. Based in my experience, it was apparent why he would consider Tavares Surgery Center for my procedure. I trust his judgment and feel that the level of care received there was up to his standards of excellence. I highly recommend Tavares Surgery Center.
