I was expecting to have to call them to make an appt. but was called by DHC within 2 days of the referral. Communication initiated from 2 different staff members over the next few days was timely and helpful in answering my questions. From that point the texts were helpful and good reminders about prep and helpful tips to make it more efficient. They have a great system of procedures and they communicate well. Once I arrived at my appt. the front office staff was friendly. All the nurses and procedure staff were competent, helpful with questions that I had. Dr. Mallory is wonderful, knowledgeable, and explained the procedure. He had a great depth of understanding about my specific health issues and it was obvious he had read my history ahead of time. Discharge paperwork was descriptive and helpful. Definitely would recommend DHC.

Friendly staff, courteous. The only reason I put down 4 stars had nothing to do with the facility but I just didn’t want to do a colonoscopy! But it all went very well and next time I won’t put it off.

I called when they opened, to see if I was able to cancel my appointment today. I had something come up, and the traffic right now is horrible. I wasn’t able to tell the lady that my mom had to drive me. Now I understand that I just called as soon as y’all open. But there’s not a reason for the attitude. She told me that this cancellation would count against me (which I totally understood, cause it’s an established business). However, what I couldn’t understand was the attitude I was met with. Right off the bat, attitude. She told me that I had since October to cancel. For better context, I was fully ready to come to the appointment. Life just happened unfortunately. I asked to see a provider in Nampa, and she gave me more attitude. Like I had done something wrong. All I was doing was trying to call to maybe reschedule my appointment so I could go to Nampa and cancel the one I had over in Boise. THIS IS NOT MY THOUGHTS ON THE BUSINESS ITSELF!! I have had a wonderful experience in Nampa. I wouldn’t ever come here simply because I felt like I wasn’t being listened to, and I felt like I was being guilt tripped?? Yeah, it wasn’t very nice. I think that girl’s name was Anita or something. It started with an A. I would hope that the other people who work here don’t treat someone as rudely as she did.

outstanding medical chorography. All staff were pleasant, kind, understanding. Only two issue: first was getting an appointment in the first place(think a couple months ahead of time) and the second was trying to connect with the clinic phone/education agent. The number always went to voice mail. I would leave a message when to reach me, and to be fair, the person would return the call, just not when I said I was available. A phone call appointment ability would have been very helpful (AI)?

From the moment I made contact to set the appointment to prep to arrival at the clinic, the staff was professional and welcoming. Once checked in it was a short wait before I was brought back and prepped for the procedure. Nurses were professional and friendly and efficient. My doctor made me feel even more confident that I made the right decision placing my trust in this practice. Nobody looks forward to this procedure but these professionals made it as pleasant as possible.
