Very satisfied with Chelsea Beauregard and the staff at CPC Pain Intervention Management. Very warm and friendly demeanor and able to answer all of my concerns. I felt that they were all concerned about making our visit there a pleasant experience. Thanks for all of the information given and treatment plan for the future 😊

Chelsea Dalton is a great nurse practitioner, I just met her today jan 22 2026 She listened to everything I said to say , she also helped me when I let her know about issues with my back.. I like her. She was polite kind very nice to me. I highly recommend her. 10 stars 🌟

Chelsea Dalton worst. Awful experience. She didn’t listen to me. I was unable to have surgery and she wanted me to sit in pain for a month. She was rude and treated me like I was street person seeking pills. I am 52 years old. Ultimately came to the practice for help. And the NP Chelsea was very condescending and became rude. I have been on meds for 3.5 years. I can’t have surgery and she made me feel like I was a joke. This is a waste of my time. So be carful when dealing with her. She will not listen. And if you have questions. She will treat you like your some pill seeker. I have never abused any of my past pills. She is not a person whom should be taking patience. She kept telling me I needed to go back to where I have come from. I told her I couldn’t because of the distance. And she kept saying. I think you need to go back to your old doctor. She does not listen. I have a portion of the exam on video. I will share it my next review. Everyone else at this practice was great other than the NP Chelsea. Dalton. I had my 10 year old with me. He couldn’t understand why she was acting like that. He then said she must be a Karen. Yep exactly. Or she doesn’t like men.

I love the care and understanding from Dr. Ho and his staff. I have anxiety on top of other things. I do appreciate patience because I have little patience nowadays. I recommend them… because they do care about your pain and comfort of daily living activities I must do. .. to survive on my own. I would like to say… Thank you for a new outlook on my life style.

My first visit as a new patient was a very good experience. The wait time was reasonable. The front and back staff were attentive, courteous, and informative. Chelsea Dalton, NP has great mannerisms, thoroughly reviewed my information, provided a treatment plan for my conditions and explained the reasoning and expected outcomes. She also answered my questions and insured I understood everything. Thank you, Manuel Santiago
