Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.

You're not just a number here. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly & attentive. If you're dealing with chronic pain you need to come here, they actually care about their patients & will help you with your issues. The patient portal is garbage & you can't even call the office to get the number to text a document to

I have been with this group for nearly a year. Dr Lamborn is great. I have reviewed them before with much praise. However, this past week I had a follow-up appointment canceled because I was unable to pay my 45.00 balance, which I explained that I would pay the following Monday, when my Soc Sec arrived. Additionally, they withheld my prescription for pregabalin, which was not to be stopped abruptly. It was due at the time of my follow-up. I did not get my refill until the following Monday, resulting in an absolutely horrific weekend with terrible tremors, severe disorientation, headaches and weakness. Unbelievable! I can no longer recommend them.

I’ve been coming to this practice for years and every provider has been great up until today. I was seen by someone named Rhonda who was the epitome of rudeness. I asked a simple question about an advertisement they had in the patient room offering e prescribing options for patients. She interrupted me and said, “Oh, I don’t know anything about that. You’ll have to talk to someone else”. Continued to argue with me and then proceeds to continue the visit with argumentative statements, had not thoroughly reviewed my chart to see I had discontinued Botox injections months ago. The front desk was very accommodating and answered my questions. I asked to not be scheduled with this practitioner moving forward and was helped with this request. Should this issue with the practitioner be addressed I will update my review as this is a great practice overall. I’m honestly shocked as a healthcare provider myself they have someone like this working here where patients need compassion and a decent bedside manner.

Was there in October and they wrote me an order to get imaging of my left hip before I could get an injection. They had me come in a month later for a follow up to tell me I could get the shot versus just calling me to tell me that I could get the shot and schedule it. They charged me $120 for something that could have been a simple phone call. Some of the other staff have no table side manor and talk at you versus talking to you (always interrupting). Just not very professional. Seems like they are more invested in the money, not the patient.

Everyone on staff was nice, compassionate, caring and fully listened to what I was saying. They didn't try to assess me while I was talking. They didn't make any preconceived notions about my condition. They listened to me and everything that I had to say and then assessed MY situation. They went above and beyond and it is refreshingly appreciated.🕊️ I believe they are saving lives. Because people who actually do have pain are not being treated properly for it. And in turn it puts people in dangerous situations because they go outside of the professionals to look for relief. And that puts them in dangerous situations that we have seen be proven detrimental and even deadly.
