Waterville, Maine Location : Incompetent at best. Slower than death. Right hand hasn’t a clue to what the left hand is doing. I implore others to go somewhere else. I will pay double to avoid this place.

Went to the eye doctors and needed surgery on both eyes for cataracts, I can not believe how great the staff was and the care they give you. Big hugs to doctor Deborah witkin shes friendly, her smile is a welcome feeling, very caring doctor I would not recommend any but her, even though I hear her dad is just as good.thank you for giving my sight back to me the colors are amazing.

So we are vacationing in Maine and my son's glasses frame broke at the near by gas station. We were desperate and lucky maine eye was just down the street. Walked in, no wait. Dustlyn took care of us. Unfortunately they didn't carry our frame but she found a similar frame and the lens fit! It wasn't exact but it stayed on for the rest of the trip including rock climbing! Thanks again!

Very long wait time. Everyone I spoke to was professional. At checkout I was being asked to pay an additional $30 for a contract lens evaluation when i was clear with everyone that I was there to transition from contact lenses to glasses. I was never made aware about this fee. My regular eye exam (which is what I thought was occurring) is 100% covered by my insurance hence my surprise by this $30 charge. Need to be more clear with patients regarding the costs.

It was a long wait while my eyes dialated approximately two hours in total I was there. They checked my eyes prior to dialation and were determining what lens I could see out better, however they didn’t say “let me know which one you can see out better” all they said was 1 or 2 so I think you should let people know what your doing prior to just saying that. Overalll good.
