A family member had surgery at Greenway on November 4, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the care they received. The center was spotless, well organized, and staffed by incredibly kind and knowledgeable professionals. After a prior negative anesthesia experience, the staff went above and beyond to provide reassurance and adjust the medicines used. It made a stressful situation much easier, and I felt confident we were in excellent hands.

Everyone was so kind. I was seen promptly, care was taken to ensure everything was done correctly. They are a well oiled machine.

I was nervous after reading reviews, but I had my back surgery here and everything was perfect. Nurses and doctors were very friendly.

I had a procedure at Greenway Surgery Center and overall, I feel okay about the procedure itself. However, the experience with the IV placement was very difficult. I have small veins and let the nurse know ahead of time. She kindly asked the nurse manager to assist, but unfortunately, four attempts to insert the IV were unsuccessful and quite painful. The anesthetist then tried once without success and had to use ultrasound guidance, which initially seemed promising, but also failed. It wasn't until the seventh attempt that the IV was successfully placed. As a result, my left arm is badly bruised, swollen, and painful. While the staff remained courteous throughout, if you have small or difficult veins like I do, you may want to consider another facility better equipped for these situations.

My brother had back surgery done today (4/28/2025) and was taken by ambulance to a hospital, per our mother’s request. He was overdosed from the anesthesiologist and narcan had to be administered, he stopped breathing. Would not recommend this surgery center and would advise a different facility. Staff was clueless and had no answers or any idea what was going on. The anesthesiologist should have his license pulled, at the least.
