If I could give zero stars, I would. billing is always messed up. they tried to bill me 4 times for the same thing. I was told that I had stage 3 breast cancer and she was adamant about it. Bass breast center refused to see me until I had the Biopsy which I refused to do until I saw a doctor. Went to Missoula and saw a Dr. there and lo and behold I DID NOT have Breast cancer. But the worst thing is I called them and asked the cardiologist to call my husband for a 5 minute conversation and they never responded. 3 days later my husband was gone.

Zero stars. Treatment was fine, billing department is a dumpster fire. As I was visiting from out of country I was required to provide proof of insurance prior to treatment. I contacted my travel insurance (100% coverage) and they faxed over all required documentation. The hospital confirmed receipt and proceeded with treatment. Over a year later I received a call from a collections agency in Montana trying to collect on this debt and Logan Health will not provide proof that my insurance was contacted for billing.

Would most definitely give zero stars to the Kalispell location if I could. Can’t get ahold of providers after hours- told to go online- so I have to go online in the midst of a minor panic and sign up, add my info, add my insurance card and be charged 75.00 to ask a question or get advice from my child’s doctor? Their operators also need to be fired and have zero compassion or customer service skills. Absolutely disgusting. Will be switching all of my children’s Pediatrician to somewhere else.

Credit be to god… But the staff at Kalispell Logan saved my daughter’s life! Both the ER & ICU staff are truly wonderful. The triage nurse, the front desk lady… the nurses, imaging techs, respiratory tech & doctors were all SOO helpful & did an amazing job! My daughter wouldn’t be alive if it weren’t for the quick, thorough care she received! I am appreciative, grateful & indebted to the staff that cared for her. Thank you! ♥️

Honestly, they would have gotten a much higher review if the left me alone. I scheduled surgery yesterday and since then, I've received about 10 different phone calls with different departments asking the same questions and 8 different text messages, the most recent being a survey that I hung up on at 7pm at night. I've never worked with such a disorganized hospital. If someone gives you the information, and you can see that, talk to the other departments that have already called. Also, the nurses need to be trained better, as I was told one thing by a doctor, then told by a nurse that hung up on me that the doctor was wrong, then I scheduled what the doctor said the next day. I guarantee no patient wants to be harassed by a hospital
