Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.

I have had 2 shoulder replacements by Dr Battaglia. He is a great doctor. No pain after either surgery.2nd shoulder itched a lot under bandage.Called them and was informed to remove it and benadryl around wound. Not on staples or wound. No more issues.

Dr Seth and the Complete SOS Office has always been awesome in my opinion. They are timely, well versed in their individual fields. Dr Seth always took his time to answer ALL my questions and inquiries, with ease and in a professional manner, never in any rush to move on. I highly recommend Dr. Greenky. In my mind he has always been, in my mind, the Best in his field.

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the staff, friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness. I met with all parties involved in my surgery, including the doctor and anesthesiologist. it was a very busy surgical day, but I never saw staff become frustrated or stressed. they were so patient and caring with me and everyone else I saw them dealing with. They really provided the best possible care to all of us!
