Don't waste your time. Went here after a hospital scare where my Dr. Was unable to declare what my medical issue was. They referred me here after discharge and after the Dr. Referred to my husband as my "friend here," he proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with me but they'll do my blood and want me to check back in 6 months. I won't be checking back at all. The Dr. Was pompus, and the bill was not at all worth the trip to be told I'm fine but they'd love to collect my money.

I recently had a procedure at Syracuse Gastroenterological with a concerning diagnosis. The facility is spotless and everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. My calls, and messages through the portal were answered promptly and completely. Even on the weekend the on call doctor called me back within minutes and alleviated my concerns. I usually don't write reviews as I'm a private person but the entire staff is so exceptional I feel I must. Especially my provider Dr. Elaheh Harrington. I was very impressed by her professionalism, compassion and knowledge of my particular condition. She took as much time as needed to answer all my questions and concerns in a way that was easy to understand. She has a concise plan in place to get me where I need to be. I walked in to my appointment with my anxiety through the roof and left with 80% of it eliminated. I had the best night of sleep in weeks that night. I can't overstate how impressed I am with the care I received.

Have had Dr Rawlings and Dr Berg, both excellent. Dr Berg has office hours in Cazenovia which is more convenient for me. When calling for a nurse I usually get Sarah who is exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, follows up and follows through. Knows very well how to do customer service. Works tirelessly to find solutions to problems that may arise with insurance companies. Very good team and great support group for my issues.

I have a gastro autoimmune disease and have been a patient with them for a few years now, I had to reschedule appointments 3 times due to a sick dog, myself being sick, and a work conflict. Instead of them letting me know I need to figure out an appointment day that works and will not be able to reschedule any longer, they sent a paper notice to my house saying they are dropping me as a patient. Again keep in mind I have an autoimmune disease that requires medicine injections every two weeks that is filled by this provider. They told me to contact my primary and wished me best of luck. Insane knowing the hell i have been through with this disease and then to just drop me for having to reschedule one too many times leaving me without medicine and in a panic to find a new doctor. Do not recommend going here.

I've seen the other reviews; there was a substantial wait to speak to a nurse, but was I treated with compassion? Yes. Has Dr. Lee called me to discuss the new finding on my X-ray? Did he call me after hours 😳 when I needed an order? YES. Did he write me a letter to make a point to a school administration that had already made their decision, YES, and yes. I am sure no one is perfect, but I have received excellent care after excellent care from a gentle touch of both a doctor, tech, and nurse today; the answer is yes ❤️. I can only speak from my own experience, and it has been excellent, but not perfect. I work in healthcare, so this may be a bias, but like Maya Angelou, the famous poet, you don't forget how someone makes you feel. I am telling you today that I felt cared for. Period.
