My insurance reported to me that this place owed me money/credit balance. I have called three (or more) times and told "we'll look into it and call you." Same story for the manager who hasn't called me back and told me she'd "investigate." That was five weeks ago.

They take a difficult time I'm experiencing and make me feel like they are my family caring for my every need, from arrival to helping me to get back on my feet and back home. I had blesph eye surgery here yesterday. I had read some negative reviews of this surgery center before hand and was a little concerned. But I can report that it was a positive experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind and helpful and I felt like I had made new friends by the time I left after my surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend using this surgery center.
