I had this procedure done finally after putting off for I know 2 years. I dont know why, maybe the not knowing and what to expect. But I'm glad I did the I know I had lots of question before the procedure calling asking question after questions I had for Ms. Quita and the nurses. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything as instructed. Because I didn't want the procedure to be canceled due to me not following those instructions. It was a breeze everything went according to plan. My nurse Ms. Cindy was a delight and both Travis's was attentive and Dr. James was amazing. I want to say thank you and thank you.

When we reach and pass age 45, we should occasionally have our lower GI “explored”. That is not really a fun experience as many of you know. Anyway, Dr. Patel seems very knowledgeable, is easy to communicate with, explains things in detail and laymen’s terms that are easy to understand. Kathy, my nurse, was very friendly and attentive. Everyone was positive and made it an easy experience. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

Can't recommend this place enough! EVERYONE, and I mean everyone, is so kind and wonderful. They treat you with respect, kindness, and dignity. And my procedure went smoothly. Special shout out to Daniela, Ashley, and Travis (x2)! I was so nervous, and you helped me feel less so. Thank you! And thank you Nancy for being so kind during the recovery.

From the receptionist to the prep nurses to the medical assistants including Dr. James to the post care nurse this place must interview people to make sure they are super friendly smiling compassionate people! It’s like employees at Disneyland! Let’s face it, nobody wants to be there, but all of the people who work there make it almost a pleasurable experience. Thank you for taking such great care of me!!!

Not having done a colonoscopy, probably in 20 years the experience was much better than expected in terms of the prep. From meeting with schedulers, etc., to those that took me back and got me ready for the actual procedure to the nice young doctor. I was very impressed. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. The anesthesiologist told me exactly what would be going on and before I knew it I was in the recovery area. Dr. met with me and my husband and explained his findings I came home with discharge instructions and pictures documenting what they found. The next day they contacted me to see how everything was going, which I appreciated. If I have to go back in three years, depending on the pathology report, I will definitely not be as anxious.
