Had my surgery on 4/24/25 and was pleased with everything. From the check in to the pre op and aftercare, everything was beyond my expectations. The nurses were amazing and my doctor (Dr Bass) was amazing too . If I ever have to come back to this facility, I know I am well taken care of.

Surgery of any kind can be nerve wrecking and scary, the staff here from the scheduling all the way to post op is warm, kind, supportive and caring. Every person encountered was a ray of sunshine and even before the “drugs” you can almost see halos over their heads. They made a scenario that wasn’t ideal (I mean, no one really desires to have surgery) but turned it into a positive experience. If I ever have a choice in the future I would choose this facility over and over again.

I could not have asked for better care from the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and answered all my questions. My comfort before and after surgery was their top priority.

Both my daughters have been here and today just went again with my youngest . The staff is so sweet with them and patient ! Explains everything well , and truly made the entire experience as best as it could be :) especially with children under 5 💕

I am so glad that I decided to have my procedure done here. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked through the door. They were all very informative about what was happening or about to happen and who you would be talking to next and why. I loved the one on one care and that they stay in contact with you before and after your procedure. I would definitely have any and all future procedures done here if possible. Thank you to all the staff for caring so much.
