They didn't answer basic questions about the procedure. Instead they rushed us through like cattle repeating "someone else will explain." No one ever did. I'm still waiting on an overpayment refund 3 months later.

This is the worst place to have surgery or any procedure the nurses are rude, insensitive, and unknowledgeable and the facility is unclean. One nurse made smart comments when I asked to go to the restroom A couple of times. Another nurse didn't know what side the gallbladder is on and asked me the patient. After surgery, the nurses yelled out my name to wake me up, saying it's time to go, It's time to go grabbing on my arms while I'm telling them I'm sick. I was severely dizzy, nauseated and in a lot of pain. I asked to speak with the Dr or a provider because I was so sick and the nurse refused to tell the Dr she said you can call him tomorrow. I was so sick I went to the Er after I left there. I'm a nurse so I know how to treat patients. The next day when they called to F/U I voiced my complaint and the nurse manager called back didn't show any concern for how I was treated, she only said you stayed the right amount of time in recovery which was not true. I was in recovery for about 30 minutes. Dr Parker the Anesthesiologist was great, thorough, patient, and he explained everything well.

I must share my second experience at this location. They are all top notch and very please that Dr. Kennedy Legel DPM, has privileges to do Surgery there. My pre op team of Michelle and Monica were extremely professional and compassionate. The process was easy especially if you do your paperwork ahead of Surgery. This makes for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I didn't get the teams names in surgery They were extremely professional and kind. Hats off to all of you that worked in surgery beside Dr. Legel. The Anesthesiologist was the same one I had the last surgery. He was also extremely professional and has a little wit. Huge Dallas Stars fan with his hair covering. As I laid there taking my post surgery nap, my recovery team were outstanding. They even fed me because I surely was hungry. Vivian, Marjorie and I think Nicole may it very comfortable. I apologize if I got your name incorrectly for I wasn't sure by the handwriting. I would totally recommend this facility. Please note they are not a trauma facility..just a facility for normal surgery. Thank you everyone for a super experience! Papa Jake Squibbs

This place did us wrong! They Used an out of BCBS network Anesthesiologist for my husbands surgery! This has been a nightmare! I hit my max out of pocket 3k for this, so they told me everything was covered 100% … but this facility, without informing me used an out of network doctor, which first cost me 3000$ more, now it’s 900$ after negotiations! What a freaking nightmare! We would have waited had they told us!! Never trusting Texas Health or their facilities again! Make sure you ask questions!! I paid and they said it was a done deal.. 3 months later here comes the stress of another big bill! You have been warned!

I must say it helps when you have trust in your medical physicians. Texas Health has earned mine. The organization is very organized and their medical staff are very courteous and professional. I and my spouse feel like they truly care about our medical needs and health. They are definitely worth every penny I spend. I highly suggest to utilize their service if ever possible. Stay safe and healthy.
