Man y'all were cooking with gas moving as quickly into the 5 star category. Then ya screwed it all up. My wife got a cardiac cath here on Monday and all was gód by the time we were released and Al the boxes were checked it was late. So we started the new medication the next day. Morning went well and then her blood pressure dropped to 62/40 manual pressure with a rate of 37 weak. I confirmed the pressure with a palpated pressure of 68/pal. 911 was called she was transported to Harris Ft. Worth where she was admitted to and stabilized in the ER with admitting to the floor for observation. The attending physician in the ER reported he consulted with a "On call from the facility.". Phone follow up from your facility left me wondering why y'all would be surprised by this information. My question is "Where is the Cardiologist at? Why has HE not reached out to his patient? Why has my wife and I sat in a Hospital room her for 18+ hrs and me for 6+hrs?". Wife refused to let me post her picture.

THIS PLACE HAS A VERY RUDE STAFF AND IF YOU SHOW ANY BACK BONE TO THEM BACK THE WILL WITH HOLD YOU FROM YOUR LOVED ONE WHO IS GETTING A PROCEDURE DONE . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. IF I HAD THE OPINION TO NOT GIVE ANY STARS I WOULDN'T. THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE OPEN OR IN BUSINESS.

This place is managed poorly, and if it is managed poorly, I would trust anyone there. They play with people's life, and can care less about your life.

The best, from staff to the doctors. These people are wonderful. Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr. Mughal is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He truly cares about his patients- he’s truly the best option when you have to see an Electrophysiologist! I’m truly thankful to him and his staff for the continued fight and pursuit to getting me back to normal! Thank you!
