Dr.Ferdows is really the best! His office ladies are great too! I have been having GI issues for a long time, and I feel like just another patient on the list. He really listens and tries to get to the bottom of the issue. THANK YOU TO ALL IN THE OFFICE

While the office staff is very nice, Dr. Ferdows is biased against plus sized people. He assumes because you're overweight that must be the problem. Yes, he ordered tests, but when those came back normal his only response was that I needed to lose weight. I got another opinion and with another test found out I have gall stones. Don't let a DOCTOR belittle you because of your size! That is not all you are!

14, 1-Star reviews, mine makes #15. 37% are failing reviews! Front office staff is unbelievable and unprofessional. The employee was huffing and puffing, totally passive-aggressive because I didn't want to take a picture on their data pad for office paperwork. That data pad is NOT a secured device and when I asked if I can fill out actual paper, she made it seem like it was an incredible inconvenience. That pad is also leaning up where anyone behind me could see all my private information as I was inputting it. I will be contacting the state licensing board regarding the lack of privacy from the device on the counter. It looks like that device is left on the counter on a regular basis, possibly overnight, and if it is, patient privacy is not a priority. COMPLAINT WITH OCR at HHS FILED. In my attempt to find a healthcare professional to make my life better, this office has failed me and many others miserably.

The sheer amount of disrespect and bedside reporte that Dr. Mehdi Ferdows had my partner coming home in tears. Disrespectful conversation around weight while not taking time to address issues, listen to patient concerns, and physically touching client trying to console them is highly unethical and would not recommend this practice.

Dr Ferdows is an amazing GI. I have been working with him for about a year now and we finally found a diagnosis for me. He expresses just as much concern as I do about things and makes me feel heard and seen. Tracy is also amazing. She has gone to bat for me about making a few out of office radiology appointments and helped secure spots for me to get necessary scans done. This team is amazing! Thank you guys for all you do!
