I called billing with a question. AMBER has a message on her phone that states she would be out of the office starting 7/10 and would return calls on 7/17. I called on 7/21, and she had not yet changed her message. I left a message on 7/21, 7/22, 7/23, and 7/24. She has yet to return my call. I called the main office, and I am unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full and it's unable to accept any messages. Please call back later. Does this office have any working phones? OR someone to monitor messages. If I do not pay this bill in question, they could turn me over to a collection agency. They need to be accountable.

During covid, one would expect all staff, especially nurses and physicians would be wearing masks. I contacted the Director of Infection Control to inquire about procedures before going here two weeks ago for a procedure, he assured me everyone would be wearing masks and how important infection control is. This was lip service from the infection control director and not what I experienced as infection control practices are severely lacking here! During the pre-op process, the nurse assigned to me and another one were not wearing masks and at times were less than 6’ from me! In addition, the restroom was dirty and after I alerted staff, when I went back later, it was still dirty. I’d avoid this place at all costs for procedures until they can up their infection control practices and make patient safety a priority. In addition, I filled out their survey, no response. They also failed to call for the check in call the day after although they tell you that’s why they’re taking your phone number.
