I had a very good experience here getting an endoscopy. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and informative. I was in an out in under 2 hours for the entire thing (paperwork, procedure, recovery). Everyone made me feel at ease, couldn’t have hoped for a better and easier experience.

Service was ok, but the billing was terrible. Bill went to collections without receiving any notification, either via email or mailed. When I reached out to SCOPES they provided me with a separate number for billing. No one from their customer service was rude, but they weren't looking for a resolution, and were short. I'd rather not have to take an hour out of my day for their internal issues with processes. Mostly was reaching out to verify that what I had received was not fraudulent, and as to why I didn't receive notification prior. I normally don't take time to write bad reviews, but if I can help the next person, I'll feel like the extra 5 minutes to write this will be valuable. This is why people hate the healthcare system.

after the facility entered my insurance ID in incorrectly five months ago, i reached out to my insurance to get this straightened up. my insurance attempted to call the facility multiple times without return, but finally was able to receive a call back a few weeks ago. they continue to send bills and phone calls despite both my and my insurance having reached out to tell them the issue and that they to resubmit this claim with my correct member ID. every time i reach out to their billing center (which has been a multitude of times at this point), they are unhelpful, unfriendly, and unwilling to make the slightest effort to correct their own error—of which i’ve gone past my due diligence to amend.

This site is not transparent, made several attempts to get information a head of time so an informed decision could be made. You sign away your rights with consent form day of procedure, which is to late to cancel. I did not want anesthesia, in a different state twice an IV was not required, they made me against my will but did not tell me until minutes before the procedure, or they would cancel procedure. The customer needs come last, this site protects themselves. I'd hope they would be more up front, well in advance of the procedure, can't wait to see billing. If you disagree with anything then they cancel, not sure if they want you still to pay?

I've been to Scopes twice for both colonoscopy & endoscopy. The experience was really pleasant & easy. The front desk staff, nurses, anesthesiologist & Dr. Ansari were caring and made the process stress free. I felt my concerns were listened to as an individual & a patient. I did not have any problems or discomfort after my procedures. Don't skip your test(s) for any fears of being uncomfortable! The prep is annoying but the long term health benefits are worth it!
