I cannot say enough wonderful things about my CO₂ laser aesthetic procedure at Alpine Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, performed by Rebecca. From the very first consultation through every stage of healing, Rebecca went above and beyond in communication, education, and care. She took an incredible amount of time researching my specific needs, explaining the science behind the CO₂ laser, and setting realistic expectations—then somehow exceeded them. Thanks to her diligence and expertise, my healing results are truly beyond expectation. I had the CO₂ laser treatment on both my face and abdomen, and the improvement in skin texture, tone, and laxity has been remarkable. For anyone searching for a non-surgical tummy tuck, tummy tuck alternative, non-surgical skin laxity repair, or even a mommy makeover without surgery, this treatment—and Rebecca in particular—is a game changer. Rebecca’s level of care is rare. Her follow-up communication was exceptional, she checked in consistently during the healing process, and she made sure I felt supported and informed at every step. The entire staff at Alpine Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics was also incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience even better. If you’re considering advanced laser treatments, facial rejuvenation, or non-surgical body contouring options, I wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics and Rebecca. This was one of the best aesthetic decisions I’ve made, and I am beyond grateful for the results and the care I received.

Went in for neurotoxin. Waited a few minutes in the waiting room. Then went into procedure room waited a FULL 20 minutes for the pracitioner to come back. She did not relay how many unit she intended to use. Went to front desk and waited another 10 minutes to pay, only to find out was I was being for WAY more units than I anticipated and frankly believe was actually used. Didn't care about my time. Not worth my time or money, they are far better places to go.

The office staff and everyone who works at alpine are awesome, nothing but good things to say about them. However, I went in for gyno surgery and even after following their instructions for post operation care I still have gyno. It's not as severe as before the surgery but still not what i hoping for after having surgery to fix it.

Dr. Barrnet and his surgical team at Alpine Plastic Surgery were amazing! They made me feel completely comfortable and truly listened to me. Unlike past experiences in dermatology, my reasons for seeking the procedure felt valued and respected. Highly recommend!

This is my second time seeing Dr Barnett... first time was 20 years ago for a beast reduction. I just had a 360 tummy tuck with abdominal repair, 6 weeks ago... and he was just as great! The staff has been amazing and are incredibly compassionate. (I was extremely emotional, since the TT is the hardest surgery you can go through.) I'm healing really well and my scars are so tiny! I'm very pleased. You won't regret going with Dr. Barnett. He's ilvery skilled and knowledgeable. The surgical suite was great. The nurses even came to my house to ensure I was doing well the night of my surgery. Thank you again Alpine and Dr. Barnett!
