Our nurses, Madison and Julia, were both very kind and frequently checked on us throughout our time in the surgery center. Dr. Edmonson is also very kind and thorough.

i had my surgery here yesterday, and received excellent care from everyone who was in charge of me. my nurse julia was so sweet and very nice, she definitely helped make the experience less nerve wracking by being so kind and friendly. dr. amato was my anesthesiologist and he was awesome as well! they were all very thorough and made me very comfortable. i felt like i was in really good hands the whole time!

These people are super nasty. The operators are very dismissive & transfer you with an attitude before you’re even able to finish explaining your issue. I have surgery, literally tomorrow. I have been trying to get in contact with them since last Monday so I’m obviously frustrated because Ive left countless voicemails with no correspondence. Insane. I would recommend going, literally anywhere else. I’m not understanding at all.

Nurse staff was friendly but politely forced us out after a procedure by telling us if we didn’t leave that 911 would be called and the Mrs would be taken to the hospital. So the Dr did a procedure and if a complication happens here, like it did today, they will be nice as could be but won’t help you cause they want to go home at 3:30 after being there since 6:30 in the morning. I really can’t believe this happened today, nurse and Dr came in 12 times over 2 hours, trying to get us to leave when she was not feeling right after a long surgery.

Hands down the BEST surgical experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the care I received was excellent. I adore my surgeon, and the nurses here are so caring, kind, & compassionate. The anesthesia team was stellar & even during a tornado they kept patients calm and safe. I wish every surgery I've had was this easy! Also, it's immaculately clean, which is a HUGE thing for this germophobe. Great job MedRVA! I'd give 10 stars if I could!
