Very pleasant and caring personality. Nurses are very friendly. My Doctor explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable about the surgery!

My appointment for an eye exam to evaluate cataracts started an unexpected 15 minutes ahead of schedule. It was conducted efficiently and I was told along the way what each test was intended to accomplish. Most importantly, I was given the result to determine what I wanted done. At the end, I got to talk with Dr. Davis, who explained that I could just watch my cataracts for the next year and get a follow up exam at that time. I was delighted with the professionalism of everyone involved at Minnesota Eye.

The surgeries were great and I can see but the wait time in the waiting room is ridiculous, The shortest time for an appointment was 45 minutes and my longest was an hour and 1/2. I understand an emergency but this is their standard operating policy. I might be old but my time is valuable too and the person who is giving me a ride.

I had a cataract surgery with Dr. Davis. She is absolutely excellent and very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend her. All staff and nurses are very polite and caring. The equipment they have is a top notch too.

This is a very well organized and professional office. Dr. Hardten is a very skilled surgeon and easy to talk with. I highly recommend him and the practice group for cataract surgery. They use each staff member for their appropriate skills. Wait times were minimal once checked in for the appointments. The only problem I had was difficulty getting through on the phone or on-line to get the first appointment. After that everything was extremely smooth.
